Web Submission: Complete the on-line course data entry form.
Upon submission you will receive an immediate e-mail notification that your intent to apply
has been received along with a cover sheet to submit with the required
supporting documentation. Please note: It is not possible to submit your complete
application on line; support material and cover sheet must be mailed.
REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:
- Provide a statement of your reasons for wanting to take this course. Describe information obtained in this course that will be important for your work or research program.
- Graduate students and postdoctoral students should attach a letter of reference from a mentor.
- Enclose a copy of your curriculum vitae.
Deadline: Completed application forms and required supporting documentation
must be received by April 15, 2010.
You will be notified of the Admissions Committee's decision by late May.

Tuition: $1,500.00; Room & Board:
Additional. Financial assistance is available for participants
in limited amounts, including non-U.S. citizens. Scholarships are awarded on
the basis of need. Candidates wishing to be considered for assistance must
complete the Financial Aid Information Section included in this application.
Scholarship requests are not a factor in admissions decisions.
